Thermo Tray Instructions

 

Thermo Forming Custom Tray in 4 Easy Steps

STEP 1:

Boil a pot of water and let cool for 20-30seconds.Place one of your trays into the water for 5 to 15 seconds. You will see the tray begin to wilt.Remove from water do not let it wilt too much.

NOTE -  Keeping the tray submerged too long will cause it to shrink.

 

STEP 2:

 Place the tray into your mouth and press it against the front of your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool by running it under cool water.Your tray is now perfectly moulded to your teeth.

NOTE- Mark one tray with a pen or marker so you can identify which is the top tray and bottom tray.

 

STEP 3:

 Repeat Steps 1 & 2 for the second tray.
NOTE - You will only need to conduct the boil-n-bite procedure once for each tray, not each time you conduct your whitening session.If your trays do not fit properly you can simply repeat steps 1 & 2. You also receive a spare tray just incase you make a mistake.

 

STEP 4:

After you have formed your Whitening Trays, your trays are ready for use.

Squeeze the Whitening gel into each tooth compartment in your tray. You don't need to over fill it. Place the tray over your teeth for the recommended time. Repeat this process until teeth have reached desired shade of white.
